Safeguarding
We want everyone at Wapping to be able to take part in their sport safely and the welfare of our community is of the highest importance.
It is all of our responsibilities to keep each other safe and happy.
Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our Code of Ethics and Behaviour and the other resources on this page to help make the club a safe and inclusive space for all.
Safeguarding Team
Wapping’s welfare team is made up of:
Emma Thorne (Women’s Section), Alex Corrie (Men’s Section), Sandra Akinbolu and Barbara Lo Giudice (Wapping Kidds)
All of us can be contacted via the incident reporting form or at wappinghcwelfare@gmail.com, where any concerns, questions, or issues will be treated with dignity, respect, and confidentiality. No matter how small you believe the issue to be, if something doesn’t sit right with you, or makes your time on or off the pitch uncomfortable, reach out to us.
